REFURBISMENT PACKAGES

Refurbishment of Etrel INCH chargers is available for Home, Pro, and Lite models. It is performed at Etrel's Service Centre and can be ordered together with a regular service procedure.

Refurbishment is managed as part of a service ticket via Etrel's Jira portal and is offered in three different flavours:

ECONOMICAL

  • Erasing all custom software settings and uploading of new clean configuration, firmware update to the latest supported version, performance of all functional tests same as on a new charger during the factory test on the production line. Miscellaneous worn-out parts are replaced. Each charger is packed into a brand new, recyclable packaging and miscellaneous mounting material (screws, washers, spacers, …) is added.

FRONT COVER REPLACEMENT

  • All steps from ECONOMICAL plus exchange of the charger polycarbonate front plate cover, and any related worn-out parts. Available only on models with serial number starting from 2304XXXX

FULL ENCLOSURE REPLACEMENT

  • All steps from FRONT COVER REPLACEMENT plus exchange of the charger enclosure which includes polycarbonate front plate cover, and any related worn-out parts.

 

Other components (e.g. charging cables, sockets, magnetic holders, …) can be replaced upon request or if missing from the received package with the charger for renewal. These are charged separately based on then current Etrel's standard Spare Parts Price List.
