Ticket in Ocean show AuthenticationUnsuccessfull. Station beeps three times after unsuccessful authentication.

Solution

Connect to station via VNC or directly with USB cable. Change settings AuthenticationMethodVersion from 1  into 2 or 3 in file ChargingStationSettings.


Value "1" was used in old Ocean platform.
