 Problem

  • car connected to station but not communicating with station

  • no electrical feedback (seen in logs or in backend)

  • socket not working

 Solution

  1. replace old IEC modul with new one. New one comes with new UTP cable which must be replaced also! Part number H-1013 IEC module with housing

DO NOT USE other cable, because it will damage the IEC modul or other components in the station.
