New Features

  • OC-9977 - Operator portal - User Payment Card (block/unblock) Management was added. When Operator's users have their cards blocked automatically by the Ocean system, operators can help users identify and resolve their issues or can even block their cards manually if they notice anything suspicious happening. Operators can access user's credit cards information in two ways. Either by going directly to the account status in the CRM portal and seeing the payment cards in the new Payment cards tab or by getting an overview of all the payment cards that exist in their instance in the Billing and Payment where the Purchases menu was changed to Purchases and Cards and additional tab Payment cards was added.

  • OC-9982 - Operator portal - CRM - Identification: Support for new Bluetooth identification type was added to support the functionality of the Inch Core charging station

  • OC-10028 - Operator portal - Documentation: In the Ocean documentation, accessed via the button in the top right corner, a new section for MQ documentation was added

Improvements

  • OC-4345 - Operator portal - CRM - User: In the CSV export information about account Status (Funds remaining on the account) was added for prepayer users

  • OC-6297 - Operator interface - CRM - User: CSV exports of users tickets now include the user's full address

  • OC-6598 - Operator portal - Assets module: "Grid connection point number" is now available in the CSV exported file

  • OC-6659 - Operator portal - Security - Access management - Add roles to the operator: Select all button was removed

  • OC-9366 - Operator portal - Billing and payment - Sessions: Initial and final SOC values were added to the CSV export

  • OC-9481 - UrchinAPI - New UrchinAPI GET {{URL}}api/{version}/crm/gdpr-consents/versions and GET {{URL}}api/{version}/crm/terms-and-conditions/versions were added that allow operators to update the status of user consents and T&C

  • OC-9955 - Adhoc portal: Added press states to buttons in the portal. When a user clicks on the button it will be coloured differently

  • OC-9957 - Adhoc portal: When the user clicks on the pin, the selected pin will be enlarged

  • OC-9958 - Adhoc portal: Animate expansion of tariffs

  • OC-9959 - Operator portal - CRM - Identifications: The name of the Payer that has an RFID card on stock (Payers with enabled Fleet interface) will now be presented to Operators

  • OC-9971 - MQ messages - Added new field EvseCode to RoamingConnectorStatus MQ message

  • OC-10027 - Operator portal - Roaming - Hubject 2.3 - Implement roaming OICP eRoamingChargingNotifications as CPO and EMP. This will allow operators to update sessions in real time about start/stop and measurements via OICP v2.3. the developed feature will allow users to be updated about the current session information in the apps.

  • OC-10093 - Operator portal - Settings - Email templates: Account delete request template was added. It lets the operator know the user clicked on the delete user button in the app and would like to have his account deleted. An operator can then decide whether all the conditions are met before deleting the user from CRM manually. iOS development where this will be used is still in work. Please monitor native app development release notes to know when this feature will be available on the driver apps.

  • OC-4686 - Operator portal - Monitoring and control - Charge point: On mobile device connector status is overlapping buttons - can't tap them

  • OC-5032 - Operator portal - Assets - Infrastructure dashboard: Installations growth by charging type graph is not displayed properly

  • OC-5590 - Operator portal - CRM - User - Authorization tab sometimes doesn't filter authorizations only for the specific user

  • OC-6661 - Operator portal - Assets - Charge point - Reversed ID tag authorization is not working

  • OC-7204 - Operator portal - Roaming - Sessions: Export to CSV button causes the error on the Received roaming sessions tab

  • OC-7285 - Operator portal - Monitoring and control - Dashboard: Out of working time dashboard always displays 0
