If you need to send station back, follow few steps:

  1. open ticket in Jira and provide error description, serial number and photos. If nothing can be done remotely, we will ask you to send station back. Need help using Jira?

  2. print and fulfill Record of complaint and attach it to package

3. carefully put station into package!

We have had some cases when the chargers returning to service centre ware poorly packaged – this resulted in damages to the housings.

When charger is returning to service centre for servicing – installation bracket and screws can be left out. Including them in the package increases the chance of additional damage to the housing of the units. This can result in additional cost of repairs which are not covered by warranty.

Please, make sure that chargers are packed correctly. If you have received charger from your installer I suggest you check this packaging and make sure that units are packed correctly. If there is some damage to the housing already you can order refurbishment of the units – to exchange the unit housings (more on this can be found in our price list).
