2. Preparation for installation

2.1 Power supply

We need power supply, wiring for power supply and wiring for router.
We need to unscrew clamps on the upper and bottom side as shown in the picture above.
After that, we need to insert the cables in the clamps as shown on the picture and tighten the clamps.
Be careful to insert cables in the right clamps, as the wrong insertion can lead to damage on electronics!

2.2 Router

2.2.1 Software

We need a router, power adapter and UTP cable.
Plug the power adapter into the router and power it up.
Plug in the UTP cable and connect it to the computer.
After few minutes, when the router is booted up, go to router’s IP address http://192.168.1.1/
and log in with username admin and password admin01.
The website will ask you to change the password. Change it to Admin001

2.2.2 Hardware

We need router holder clamp and from the router package we will need router,
WI-FI antenna and LTE antenna. The rest from router package can be discarded.
Attach holder clamp on the back of the router.
Aline the top edge of the clamp with the edge of the router and screw the bolts.
It is suggested to do so with hands – using machine can lead to damaging the bolts/bolt rail on router.
Attach antennas on router.
Each antenna port is marked on router, and you can also spot that antenna type is marked on antenna itself.

2.3 External antenna adapter

For this we need signal adapter. Attach adapter on the mobile port as shown on the picture.
Be careful not to overtighten the LTE adapter, as it can damage the LTE port on the router.

3.Installation

Attach power supply and router as shown on the picture.
Connect the cables from power supply to power board and router as shown on the picture.
Attach UTP cable to router and plug it to the bottom UTP port on mother board.
Attach external antenna to LTE adapter.
Secure cables with zip ties as shown on the picture.
The installation is complete.
