Before trying to maintain or troubleshoot the charging station you should carefully read the instructions below to become familiar with the charger, its elements and to prevent any injuries to the charging station and yourself during the troubleshooting process.

Document will provide you the description of most common problems that can happen and potential solutions that can be done without need to send the charging station back to the authorized service.

Power supply must be disconnected before performing any electrical works on the charging station.

1.1 Tools to Maintain Charging Station

Before maintenance or troubleshoot the charging station you need the appropriate tools to properly maintain charging station:

• sharp knife,

• hand screwdriver PH1,

• hand screwdriver PH2,

• hand screwdriver hexagon 2.5 mm,

• wire stripper and crimping pliers,

• unlock keys.

1.2 Different Versions of the Charging Station

This document is a collection of information that is usually given to our customers by our support through the helpdesk ticket system, tailored specifically for the individual case.

Depending on the version and configuration of your charging station, some components could be different as presented in this document. In addition, some of the problems were taken care off and are not occurring any more with new charging stations.
