Replacing RCD

  1. Before removing the power circuit turn off the charger. The power circuit must be removed from the charger for easier replacement of the individual component.

  1. Unscrew the 8 screws that hold the RCD in place

  1. Turn the power circuit around so that you can see the back of the components. Then cut the 2 zip ties that hold the components in the mount.

  1. Gently lift up the MID meter and place it near the power circuit because of the attached cables.

  1. Simply remove the old RCD and replace it with new one. Please make sure that the contacts on the RCD are full open to prevent the aluminum pins to slide under the contacts.

  1. Gently install the MID meter back in place. Then with one hand hold the components and turn around the power circuit. Screw back the 8 screws. We recommend that you use a torque screw driver that is set to 2 Nm.

  1. Use zip ties to replace the two zip ties that you cut in the beginning of the guide. The zip ties hold the cables and components in the mount.

  2. You can now mount the power circuit back into the INCH DUO
