What happened:

Extender chipset failure or bad contact between boards connector or bus failure.

Device status:

The charging station will enter into Fault status. Charging is not possible.

The top left icon on the UI will be red and all three white round LEDs in the second row will be ON.

The dashboard in the INCH Core app should display a notification that the charging station is not operational due to internal failure and that service is required.

How to proceed:

Service is required. This can only be done by authorised personnel.
