INCH DUO booting on screen

Issue description: “Booting” shown on screen all the time or very often

Sometimes this problem happens when the connecting cable between Motherboard and PowerBoard is in fault.

Open the doors of the INCH DUO charger and power off the charger (the charger is powered on in the picture, turn off the charger by pushing the switches on the MCB down!)

 

Check cable connection between the PowerBoard and the Motherboard

 

If cable is broken, you will need a new cable (part number PCG-1143).
