Verbose logs

in case of unexplained problems with the station we suggest to turn on verbose logs. Those logs are active for 24 hours and more information is saved in that time, which help us resolve issues. After 24 hours, normal logs are enabled again.

To enable verbose logs, follow those steps (same for 1.13.x and 4.x version):

  1. login to WEB UI

  2. click Menu - diagnostic - Temporarily turn on verbose logs

  3. verbose logs enabled confirmation in right upper corner

     

  4. download logs on same page after test / error occurs

 

New option added in 5.01/5.1 version:

  • open side door

  • press and hold reset button

  • select option nr. 4 and confirm
