INCH (DUO) cluster problem V2.0 and V3.0.1

The latest official firmware version for Linux stations V3.0.1 has a bug on power management (clustering).

The problem is that the cluster crashes if the serial numbers of all the stations in the cluster are manually added to the created cluster (as in the picture below) and then the master is rebooted.

All stations in the cluster show errors as shown below:

The solution is as follows:

  1. Set each station as a master - Connect to the web UI, select Power management \ General configuration, click on Running on this charger (or click on Serial number and enter the serial number of the local station).

  2. Click on Power management \ Power cluster configuration and DELETE ALL serial numbers from the Cluster chargers list (serial numbers are shown in the first image above). If the serial numbers are not visible immediately, reboot the station and repeat the deletion process.

  3. Repeat the procedure at each station in the cluster.

  4. Select one charging station as master (do not change the configuration of one of these stations because it is already a master). Connect each slave to a cluster with the selected master station - Power management \ General configuration, click on IPV4 address and enter the IP address of the selected master station (or click on Serial number and enter the serial number of the master station).

  5. Reboot all charging stations.

  6. The cluster status of each charging station must show all the station connectors in the cluster.
