Are all icons inactive and station is not responding to touch commands?

  1. Check if the charging station (and your facility) has an active power supply;

  1. Remove service doors and check the status of protection devices:

  • If the RCD/overcurrent protection is switched off, there is an increased risk of electric shock. Contact a licensed electrician to solve this problem,

  • The internal overcurrent protection of station’s electronics (tube fuse F3.15A L250V, our ident number PEF-0163) may be broken. You will need a small screwdriver to remove the tube fuse from the fuse holder.
