   Our new user interface is the result of extensive research and user testing. It is designed to be the most intuitive and user-friendly charging solution on the market. In just two steps, you can scan a QR code, pay and start charging.

1. Terms & Conditions Acceptance/Decline Option: Users can now review and accept or decline the Terms & Conditions before initiating a charging session. This ensures transparency and compliance with usage policies.

2. QR Code Scanning and Charger ID Insertion: Seamlessly start a charging session by scanning the QR code on the charger or inserting the EVSE ID within the app for quick and convenient access.

3. Micro-Location Details: Get real-time information about charge point status and availability. Identify the connector ID for precise charging.

4. Price List: Access a comprehensive price list within the app to stay informed about the cost of charging at different locations and times.

5. Integration of Payment Service Provider: Our app supports integration with various payment service providers, making it easier than ever to pay for your charging sessions securely.

6. Receipt Download: Download digital receipts after the charging session for your charging transactions through the app, simplifying expense tracking and reimbursement.

7. Request invoice to be sent via e-mail: Before the start of the charging you have the option to insert personal data including your e-mail. After the charging session the invoice will be sent to your e-mail.

8. Monitoring and Regulation: Take control of your charging sessions with the ability to start and stop them as needed, ensuring efficient and cost-effective use of charging resources.

9. Cost calculation: Live cost tracking during a charging session, enabling users to monitor expenses in real time.

• Multi-Language support through a translation tool :

  • We're working on adding support for multiple languages to make our platform accessible to a global audience. Currently the workaround is to fill out the .json file and send it to us.

• Customization theme builder:
  We're working on introducing the theme builder, which will make the customization process much smoother in the future. For the time being we have prepared your stage environment with the customization assets that are currently supported.
