2. login with your email and password
   
3. welcome to Etrel service desk portal
   
4. You can choose between Etrel Ocean, Hardware and Sales, depends on your case.
   
5. Fill all fields and create ticket
   
6. Ticket created
   
7. You will receive email. All communications are stored in one place
